Original Capture Authenticity

We do NOT verify the authenticity of the original capture or photo

Certificate Holder Identity

We do NOT verify the identity of the certificate holder

Metadata Accuracy

We do NOT verify the accuracy of metadata fields (location, timestamp, device)

Network Availability

We rely on blockchain network availability

No Warranty

Captilo is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy of verification results
  • Availability of service
  • Security of verification process
  • Reliability of blockchain queries

Blockchain Dependency

Verification depends on:

Blockchain network availability

Network API availability and uptime

Correct submission by certificate issuer (Captilo)

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service

Captilo verification is NOT a substitute for:

Legal authentication processes
Expert witness testimony
Chain of custody documentation
Forensic examination by qualified experts
Court-ordered verification
Professional authentication services
